The "European Union MODEX material" e.g. footage and photos, are provided free of charge by the consortium of EU MODEX cycle 12 Lot 3. Any party which is using the EU MODEX material must accept the following agreement:

The ownership and the copyright of EU MODEX material is indicated by "© www.eu-modex.eu" in production/closing credits.

EU MODEX material may only be used for public relation purposes and broadcasting if it is related to EU MODEX and/or the European Union Civil Protection Mechanism (EUCPM).

EU MODEX material may not be used for commercial advertising.

EU MODEX material may not be resold.

The EU MODEX consortium can withdraw its consent anytime for using EU MODEX material for broadcasting or public relation purposes.
